The cost of wedding planning is $700, with the possibility of additional expenses for coordination, décor, and other services.
Wedding planning is a complex process that requires attention to every detail. We offer full support for your celebration, dividing the work into clear stages.
Wedding Planning Stages
1.Concept Development
We create a unique wedding idea, defining the style, color scheme, and key elements to make this day special.
2.Venue and Vendor Selection
According to the concept, we select the perfect location for the ceremony and reception, as well as all necessary professionals—host, photographer, videographer, florists, catering, and other service providers.
3.Detailing the Event
- Coordination of all details with vendors.
- Creating a detailed timeline for the day—from the bride’s morning to the departure of the last guest.
- Planning the banquet: serving order, inclusion of rituals and entertainment breaks.
- Developing the menu and alcohol list.
- Selecting the show program and organizing décor (décor is paid separately).
At this stage, we usually break even, optimizing costs and helping to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Wedding Day Coordination
On the wedding day, a coordinator will be with you, ensuring that everything goes smoothly:
- Arrives at the bride’s location in the morning.
- Oversees all vendors.
- Ensures adherence to the schedule so everything stays on track.
- Manages the timely serving of dishes and coordinates the wedding program.
- Handles any unforeseen issues, allowing the couple and guests to enjoy the celebration.
Coordination fee – $300 .
Post-Wedding Support
Our goal is to make your wedding perfect not only on the day of the event but also afterward. We oversee the delivery of photo and video materials to ensure you receive your memories as soon as possible. Experience shows that with our involvement, photographers and videographers provide content much faster.

Yes, everything is possible. Our primary focus is wedding planning and décor, but we also handle facade decorations and event styling for corporate events, birthdays, and other celebrations.
Yes, and it’s a great option! We organize weddings both remotely and through in-person meetings at our office. We have extensive experience in online event planning, ensuring a perfect wedding without in-person consultations.
We are ready to assist with everything you need. There are no restrictions—we work with any vendors and locations of your choice.
Payment is divided into two stages:
- An upfront deposit equivalent to $100 is required at the time of signing the contract.
- The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 3 days before the event.
We do accept cryptocurrency as a method of payment.
We provide décor rentals exclusively to industry professionals working in event decoration.
You should start planning your event as soon as you decide to have one.
The earlier you begin, the more choices you will have for venues, vendors, and décor. Experience shows that early planning can lead to significant savings.
The minimum décor cost for a wedding with 50 guests in our agency is $1000.
This amount covers four main areas:
- Ceremony area – includes an arch, aisle, chairs, and a signing table.
- Sweetheart table – décor for the couple’s table and the backdrop behind them.
- Guest tables – décor, table settings, floral arrangements, chairs, and additional elements.
- Seating chart stand and cocktail area.
What is included in the price?
- Concept development and sketches
- Procurement of necessary materials (flowers, candles, fabrics, and other elements)
- Décor rental (chairs, plates, vases, structures)
- Work of decorators, florists, and logistics staff
- Transportation costs
- Setup and dismantling
Each project involves at least 6–8 people, ensuring high-quality and timely event execution.
